Fantasy: His Holiness Guru Choktrul Calligraphy Exhibition

Responding to numerous requests from the Chinese community, His Holiness Guru Choktrul will hold a calligraphy exhibition at Sunzen Art Gallery, Vancouver, Canada. The exhibition, titled "Fantasy," warmly invites everyone to attend and offer their insights.In 1987, His Holiness traveled to Taiwan to preside over the cremation ceremony of the high monk Jampal Lodoe Rinpoche and has since been residing in Taiwan for the past 36 years, occasionally traveling to mainland China and Europe to propagate Buddhist teachings and give aid to countless disciples who chanced upon him.His Holiness has a wide range of interests, including calligraphy, painting, sculpture, tea tasting, and collecting unique stones, and has a particular fondness for Chinese calligraphy.
